Compensation Exclusion Items
Listed below are our Excluded Items, these items are not eligible for compensation if they are damaged in transit.
However, if an excluded item is lost, you may still be able to make a claim in accordance with Clause 7.12 of our Terms and Conditions, subject to the relevant conditions being met.
The following Excluded Items are carried at your sole risk and liability:
Bonds, deeds, manuscripts, securities and plans
Bottles
Cameras
Canvas prints
Vehicle parts
China, crockery or ceramics
Concrete
Food or any perishable products
Furniture
Items containing glass
Insufficiently protected or unpacked goods
Jewellery
Liquid (any products containing liquid)
Painting
Picture frames
Plates, pottery or porcelain
Projector
Television or computer monitor
Tickets
Tiles
Works of art
In addition to the above list and subject to our Service Terms, you must ensure that your Items are correctly packaged in accordance with our Labelling and Packaging Criteria (Clause 7).
